Well, it looks like we have some big changes in the Regina market. With the lack of inventory this year, I’ve started seeing more and more multiple offer situations. That usually means prices are going to keep going up this year, as it doesn’t seem like the market is showing any signs of slowing down any time soon. So lets look at some of the numbers for the month so far: Currently there are 453 active listings in the city, with an additional 151 conditionally sold properties. The average sale price so far for the month of April is $334,580 for 294 properties sold, 18 days on the market, and averaging a whopping 98.6% list to sale ratio! In comparison to last year’s April stats, the average sale price was $274,626 with 28 days on the market and list to sale ratio being 97%. Not bad, but that just shows you where the market is headed. Summertime usually brings forth a few more listings though, so that will hopefully help balance us out a little, but with such high demand, anything could happen. We’ll see you out there. Take care!
